We think we can help you:

• Any internet browser should work, but we find that using Mozilla Firefox makes things easier.
• If you are using Firefox, while hovering the cursor over the button that says “Download your PDF” just right click and select “Save Link As.”  Then just choose a place on your hard drive to save the file.
• If you are using Internet Explorer (IE), while hovering the cursor over the button that says “Download your PDF” just right click and select “Save Target As.”  Then just choose a place on your hard drive to save the file
  
• We try and keep our download file sizes small but depending on your internet connection (cell phone, dial-up, cable) you may have to wait up to 2-3 minutes for the download to complete.
• If none of these tips worked, contact Genevieve Gerard’s Customer Care Team to help you in the process.
