“I use Gift of Love as my morning meditation. It’s pretty amazing how much Genevieve has put into such a short meditation but it serves to set the tone for my day.
I like the bell tones in the beginning and use her words, “Calm your mind, open your heart, invite the light” throughout the day as a sort of mantra. The mantra is particularly useful when I am confronted with family members who are afraid or in pain. I have a variety of meditations available to me but find myself returning to this one day after day. I wait patiently for the final flourish of tones at the end.”
