I have been in London for a week and have arranged to give a “taster” to my
How To… Why To… Meditate Workshop.
So if you thought meditation sounded cool…..
…but a bit esoteric and hard to get into? You feared it was done by wandering mystics and yogis? Know that you are right!
It is also true that meditation is a 10,000 year old practice anyone can learn; it is absolutely relevant to modern life.

***About the Taster Session***
During the one hour taster workshop with Genevieve Gerard you will:
Explore 3 different styles and techniques of meditation. All of the meditation sessions will guide you effortlessly into the experience and Genevieve will provide you with the tools &techniques you need to understand and explore.
This taster workshop is guaranteed to demystify meditation and make it a richly rewarding, life enhancing key for everyone.
– Group participation & interaction will be an integral part of the experience
– And there will be ample time for discussion and questions

**Start Time**
7.30 for 8pm… How To… Why To… Meditate with Genevieve Gerard will start at 8pm and last for around an hour.
**We will be collecting £7 on the door**
